In a sweeping consumer safety action, Colgate-Palmolive has initiated a major recall of their popular Fabuloso Multi-Purpose Cleaners due to potential bacterial contamination. The recall encompasses nearly 5 million units in the United States and an additional 56,000 in Canada.

Key Details:

The recall was announced in February 2023, affecting multiple product variants sold between December 2022 and January 2023

Prices ranged from $1 to $11 at major retailers including Walmart, Dollar General, Family Dollar, Home Depot, Sam's Club, and Amazon

No injuries or incidents have been reported as of the announcement date

Original Multi-Purpose Cleaner: Lavender and Refreshing Lemon (22 fl oz)

2X Concentrated Formula: Multiple sizes (33.8, 56, 128, and 169 fl oz) in Lemon, Lavender, and Passion of Fruits scents
